In India, some mustard is made from natural ingredients in combination with heavy metals and minerals (eg cadmium, arsenic and lead) from the soil. Therefore, selenium content in mustard is high, fighting against prostate cancer. However, heavy metal pollution in soil will lead to the accumulation of pollutants in mustard, eating a lot of harmful to health.
