The Hyundai i10 adds a biofuel version

i10 sold in India is called Grand i10 Nios. The Korean automaker adds the optional biofuel (petrol + CNG) version of the 1.2-liter Kappa naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine. The new engine produces 69 horsepower at 6,000 rpm, maximum torque of 95 Nm at 4,000 rpm. The CNG version is equipped with a unique 5-speed manual.

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) is compressed natural gas, mainly composed of metane (CH4) taken from natural gas fields, processed and compressed at high pressure (250 atm) for storage. Do not have benzene and aromatic hydrocarbons attached, so when burning, these two fuels do not release as much toxic gas as NO, CO ... and almost no dust.

The CNG Sport has 14-inch cast rims, additional fish fin antennas, a dashboard with a 5-inch MID screen, an infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay / Android Auto connectivity. , voice control, automatic air conditioning.
