New generation Mitsubishi Triton revealed
The 6th generation pickup model will make its world debut in Thailand on July 26, with an off-road thorny design.

The lighting layout is also different, with LED daytime running lights as slim and high as the sharp eyes of a hawk, while the 3-element headlights create a 3D effect. Horizontal T-shaped taillights.
Interior photos show that on the control screen are two knobs, and in the center area is another knob to select the driving mode (2H, 4H, 4HLc and 4LLc), along with the handbrake. The clock can be digital.
Specifications are still kept secret by Mitsubishi, but the Triton is said to use a new ladder chassis system shared with the Nissan Navara but significantly upgraded. The engine can be a 2.4 liter, DOHC, turbodiesel code 4N16 instead of the current 4N15 engine version.

Like the old generation, the Triton 2024 will be manufactured in Thailand and exported to other markets including ASEAN, Oceania, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
When sold, Triton 2024 will have a 4-door Double Cab version, as well as a Mega Cab. The Single Cab will be introduced later, according to Headlightmag . Mega Cab is a 4-door version, but the two rear doors are smaller and open backwards, and add storage space behind the front seats.
