Huawei launches FreeBuds Pro wireless headphones with active noise cancellation and Huawei Watch GT2 Pro smartwatch
Immediately after the announcement of HarmonyOS and EMUI 11, Huawei introduced two new smart accessories, the FreeBuds Pro wireless headset and the Huawei Watch GT2 Pro smartwatch. The watch comes in two versions, Sport and Classic, while headphones are equipped with active noise cancellation technology.
Huawei Watch GT2 Pro is currently Huawei's most premium watch product, with the combination of Sapphire glass, Titan body and ceramic finish back. The watch owns a 1.39 inch round OLED screen, supports a resolution of 454 x 454 px. The Huawei Watch GT2 Pro has two buttons, both integrated on the right side.
The watch is powered by Kirin A1 processor, comes with 32 MB RAM and 4 GB storage. Huawei Watch GT2 Pro offers more than 100 different sports workout modes including swimming, skiing, skateboarding and golfing. The watch can of course track sleep, stress and oxygen levels in the blood.
The Huawei Watch GT2 Pro is marketed for 14 days of battery life, down to 30 hours with GPS enabled and 24 hours if the user listens to music. However, the Huawei Watch GT2 Pro comes with fast charging technology in just 5 minutes for 10 hours of use, as well as support for the Qi wireless charging standard.
Huawei Watch GT2 Pro Sport version is priced at 329 Euro (about 9 million VND), the classic version costs 349 Euro (about 9.6 million VND), both of which will be on sale at the end of September.
The Huawei FreeBuds Pro is also the most premium headset in Huawei's existing headphone lineup. Huawei FreeBuds Pro comes with ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) feature that adjusts the noise cancellation level depending on the environment.
The headset is equipped with an 11 mm diaphragm speaker system, comes with a 3-microphone system, in addition to a built-in feature that helps filter voices when making calls. The Huawei FreeBuds Pro can be controlled by gently squeezing or sliding your finger into the body of the headset.
Along with the included charging case, the Huawei FreeBuds Pro lasts 30 hours, down to 20 hours with noise canceling on. The Huawei FreeBuds Pro comes in three color versions, Black, White and Silver, and sells for 199 Euros (about 5.4 million), on shelves in October.
